How much does it cost to have a home staged? The cost of home staging starts at $1,650 based on the size of the home and the level of staging required.
What is the cost of your home staging consultation? $350 CAD and waived if you proceed with services.
What specific services are included in your home staging consultation for occupied homes? Our home staging consultation includes: 1. Walk-through assessment: A thorough review of your home's layout, condition, and potential. 2. Personalized recommendations: Customized advice on decluttering, furniture arrangement, and aesthetic enhancements. 3. Room-by-room analysis: Detailed feedback on each room's strengths and weaknesses. 4. Staging strategies: Guidance on how to showcase your home's best features and appeal to potential buyers. 5. Action plan: A clear, prioritized list of tasks to help you prepare your home for sale. 6. Design advice: Suggestions for colour schemes, lighting, and other design elements to enhance your home's appeal. 7. Space optimization: Tips on how to maximize the use of space and create a sense of flow. 8. Market-specific insights: Expert knowledge on what buyers in your area are looking for in a home. After the consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive written report outlining a customized action plan and to-do list to guide your sellers in preparing their property for staging and sale within 2-3 days.
What is the staging duration, and what are the terms of the contract? Our staging services are billed monthly (or every 30 days). If you need to extend the staging for another month, you'll receive a 50% discount on the original monthly fee. Please note that full payment is required at least 3 days before the scheduled staging date. You'll receive an invoice via email with a secure online payment link. To confirm the staging and reserve your rental items, please make sure to pay online before the scheduled date.
Are the furniture and accessories provided for staging available for personal use during the staging period? The furniture and accessories provided by Briton are solely for display purposes and cannot be used for personal use. This includes bedding, which should not be slept in.
What happens if items are damaged or go missing? The homeowner, client, or realtor is fully responsible for any damages or losses to these items and will be held liable for their full replacement value.
What is the schedule for removing the staging furniture and accessories? The Client understands that all staging items will be removed within 2-4 days once the property is sold.
What is the process for renewing the contract? You will be renewed automatically every month unless you cancel by emailing us at least 3 business days before the end of the rental period. Payment for the next month will be processed 2 business days before the end of the current month. Note that fees will not be reduced for partial months/prorated.
Are there any discounts or incentives available for extending the staging period beyond the initial agreement? After the first 30 days, the monthly fee for the furniture and accessories will be half off the original price, plus tax. This fee will be charged to your credit card every month until you cancel the rental agreement.
What happens if my home sells in less than 30 days? The minimum rental time is one month. If you cancel before 30 days, you won't get a refund for the remaining days.
